Open the Trips tab and tap the + button in the top right. Walk through the steps to add a name, destination, dates and an optional budget. Your trip dashboard appears as soon as you save.

Yes. Trips, expenses, packing items and itinerary entries are saved on your device first. Features that need a connection use their last known value where possible, and your changes sync through iCloud when you are back online.

Open the trip dashboard, tap the itinerary tile and then the + button. Choose the booking type, add the details and save. The booking appears on the day it starts.

Yes. Open the trip, tap the share button in the top right and choose how you want to share it. Trip collaboration uses iCloud, and the owner can manage access or remove participants from Apple’s sharing controls.

On the budget widget, tap the microphone. Speak naturally — for example, ‘twenty-four pounds for lunch’ — then check the amount, description and category before saving.

Yes. Tap the camera button on the budget widget to scan a receipt. Tripcrafty extracts the total, date and merchant, and keeps the original amount visible when currency conversion is needed so you can check it before saving.

Long-press an empty area of your Home Screen, tap the + button and search for Tripcrafty. Choose a widget, add it, then long-press it and choose Edit Tripcrafty if you want it to follow a specific trip.

Long-press the widget, choose Edit Tripcrafty and select the trip you want it to follow. If it still looks out of date, open Tripcrafty once so the latest trip data can be exported to the widget.

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks voice expense entry, receipt scanning, expense export, shareable recap cards and unlimited trips. It works across devices signed in to the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Open Settings → Premium and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy Premium.

Open Settings → Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first from Settings → Data export.

Check that both devices use the same Apple ID, that iCloud Drive is enabled for Tripcrafty, and that each device has a working connection. Open Tripcrafty on both devices and allow a moment for iCloud to catch up.

Weather follows the trip destination, not your current location. Edit the trip and check that its destination is the city you will actually be in. The forecast refreshes after the trip is saved.

Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that led there. Your Tripcrafty app version and iOS version are especially useful. Please remove booking references, addresses and other private trip details before attaching screenshots or diagnostics.
