These are the simple terms that govern your use of the Tripcrafty iOS app. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Your data is yours
We don't claim ownership of trips, photos, lists, or any content you create in the app. You can export your data at any time via Settings → Export My Data.
Marketplace listings
When you publish a trip to the community marketplace, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view and duplicate it as a starting point for their own trip. You can withdraw any listing at any time.
Affiliate links and bookings
Tripcrafty includes clearly labelled affiliate links to third-party booking services, including Viator. If you complete a qualifying booking after following one of these links, Tripcrafty earns a commission at no additional cost to you.
Viator is the merchant of record for bookings made on its service and handles payment, confirmation, support, cancellations and refunds. Final prices, availability and booking terms are provided by Viator. Tripcrafty does not make or manage travel bookings on your behalf.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, run third-party analytics or include third-party advertising SDKs. Tripcrafty is a planner, not a travel agent. Bookings take place on the third-party service you choose.
Service availability
The app runs on your device + your iCloud. If iCloud is having a bad day, sync will be slow. We do our best, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we'll post the update here and flag it on next app launch.
